Split it into several smaller parts with 7-Zip: right-click the file or folder, 7-Zip, "Add to archive...", and under "Split to volumes, bytes" enter for example 1500M. Upload all the resulting parts (.001, .002, ...) with this transfer. The recipient puts them in one folder and opens the .001 file - 7-Zip reassembles the rest by itself.
